人物简介

 唐东升,男,1973年10月出生,博士,教授,凝聚态物理博导。1996年07月毕业于湖南师范大学物理系,获理学学士学位;2002年07月毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,获凝聚态物理博士学位;2002年08月获洪堡基金资助赴德国马克斯-普朗克固体研究所从事客座研究;20053月获聘湖南师范大学校内教授,筹备低维量子结构与调控实验室、搭建实验研究平台,从事一维纳米材料的可控制备、纳米器件构筑和物性调控等方面的研究工作;2006年07月晋升教授。现为低维量子结构与调控教育部重点实验室(湖南师范大学)专职副主任、物理与信息科学学院科研副院长,湖南省普通高校学科带头人培养对象。主持完成包括国家自然科学基金重大研究计划面上项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、湖南省杰出青年基金和教育部留学归国基金等多项课题研究。已经在“Carbon” “ChemicalPhysics Letters”“Journal of Crystal Growth”“Journal of Material Research”“The Journal of Physical Chemistry B”“The Journal of Physical Chemistry C”“Nanoscale Research Letters”“Nanotechnology”、Nanoscale“Nature”等国际知名期刊上发表在70余篇SCI学术论文,SCI他人引用800 余次。2009年获湖南省第五届青年科技创新杰出奖。
